Up to 25 percent of the energy you use in your home is for heating your water. However, this number can rise quite a bit if you let your water heater fall into despair.

Our inspector will do a visual inspection of your water heater and look at the following:

Check the anode rod, check for signs of leaks, inspect the relief valve and piping to and from the water heater and check the vent to ensure it is installed properly and is not releasing carbon monoxide.
