Inspections should always be conducted before purchasing a town home. Many homeowners don’t think an inspection is necessary when purchasing a town home, but to know exactly what the current condition is before purchasing will give you the peace of mind you need before investing. Our inspections on a town home are conducted the same as a condo inspection.

The inspector will look at the following components:

HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Interior, Windows, Doors, Ceiling, Floors, Walls, cupboards and attic if available. We do not inspect the exterior, roof or foundation as these are maintained by the Homeowners Association.
