Mold Inspections are vital when there is suspicion of moisture in the home. When moisture intrusion enters the home it is a feasting ground for mold growth. Once mold is inside the home it is hard to eradicate it. The inspector will look for moisture in the home and where it is entering, and look visually for mold.

If the inspector feels there is possible mold growth behind the walls or flooring or if they see mold, they will offer to conduct a mold test. The mold test consist of taking two samples, one of the outside air and one of the area of the home that they suspect mold. We will then send that to our certified lab and will have results for the type and level of mold within 5-7 days.
