Condo Inspections are conducted a little differently then a single family home. Our inspectors are trained and certified to know the specific areas within the condo that will need to be inspected. 

The inspector will look at the following components:

HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Interior, Windows, Doors, Ceiling, Floors, Walls, cupboards and attic if available. We do not inspect the exterior, roof or foundation as these are maintained by the Homeowners Association.

We also offer add-on services to complete the home inspection package.
